hakodate

for lunch, i had the teishoku @￥1200 (approx S$17). the generous portion of ikura (salmon roe) and hotate (scallop) was worth the price. the ikura just melted in my mouth! the soup was a clear broth, with a hint of salt from the japan seas.

i also had uni fresh from the sea urchin!

breakfast at the asaichi market - chirashi don @ ￥500 (S$7)
