back in 東京 at 麻布十番

i was very fortunate to meet my other half's friend, who was really very kind to provide a food tour for me, in his mercedes benz. we started eating at 5pm at あべちゃん（a yakiton eatery). yakiton is like yakitori except the meat is pork (yaki+ton).

interestingly, they serve braised beef tendon too.


this stick looks very "chao tar" (burnt), but the meat is actually very tender!
