would you rather work in
a) company where everyone takes instruction from the boss and/or hq, no need to think, every day just hai; or
b) a bitchy environment where you have to crack your brains and every challenge is like a blood quest, every day is a new battle

Considering that I am in an environment where every day is a battle and every move I make has to contribute to the general good with sometimes no direction, I think I could use some of a)Although if I have too much of a) I know I would surely die from inaction. :))
well, i used to be in b), then i moved to an a), and found a) really boring i could slowly and comfortably rot.
now, i find myself yearning for some b).
sigh, if only there's a perfect company for everyone.
eh, like I say I just like something in between..
I'll take b) but without the bitchiness... because that alone will drain so much energy and joy out of you.
