yummy kyoto sabo dessert and my weight

i just went for annual medical checkup.

i now weigh 59kg with body fat of 27.7%.

i is sad, but i still cant resist yummy dessert like this........

Do HIIT (high intensity interval training). It helps to burn more and the effect lasts longer. But don't push yourself too hard in the first few sessions. It seems simple but it's not. Don't want you fainting on the track, threadmill, exercise bike etc.
